Sales, Quotations and Customer Experience:
The Customer Experience Center (CEC) is dedicated to helping our users and distributors with the processes of equipment procurement. This central point-of-contact will navigate our internal resources to assist clients with the most efficient resolution to a request.
The CEC is staffed Monday to Friday, Eastern Time Zone.
All USA shipments are FCA our dock which means that the title of the equipment transfers to the owner once we pass the carton to the first carrier. Buyer pre-paid freight. Destinations outside the USA are EXW-Origin. Shipping origin is central North Carolina, USA.
Shipping information is typically available 1-2 days after a Sales Order is invoiced by the CEC team and this notice will be generated through the carrier’s tracking number notification network. To obtain timely tracking numbers, please provide the appropriate email address to the CEC when submitting a purchase order.
