Sales, Quotations and Customer Experience:
The Customer Experience Center (CEC) is dedicated to helping our users and distributors with the processes of equipment procurement. This central point-of-contact will navigate our internal resources to assist clients with the most efficient resolution to a request.
The CEC is staffed Monday to Friday, Eastern Time Zone.
Shipping information is typically available 1-2 days after a Sales Order is invoiced and will be generated from the carrier’s tracking number notification network. To obtain timely tracking numbers, please provide the appropriate email address to the CEC when submitting a purchase order.
